About the program

The Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) program is designed to realize leadership development opportunities, equipping young talents with a solid training foundation, practical experience in a corporate environment, and a continuous development path. GOLD 2026 provides an environment where potential is transformed into practical value. This is a space for young talents ready to challenge themselves and create meaningful value through real-world, sustainable projects

  • Human Resources Division

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree graduates, international students with less than 02 years of full-time work experience. Commitment to full-time employment from July 2026
  • Opportunities open to all majors. Priority given to Engineering. Industrial Management, M&E, Business Management, Economics, and Foreign Languages (Chinese, Japanese, etc)
  •  Cumulative GPA of 7.0/10/0 or equivalent
  • English proficiency: equivalnet to IELTS >=6.5, TOEIC >= 700, or HSK >= 4, N1, N2, etc. (no certificate required)
  • Willingness to rotate between different departments and locations every 06 months
