Position: Civil Infrastructure Design Engineers

Job description

• Participate in the design of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and site grading
• Develop design concepts and prepare technical drawings in accordance with client requirements and applicable standards
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical issues, ensuring drawing quality and project schedules
• Support team leaders with other tasks as assigned by project managers or project team leaders

Working hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30

Requirements

• Graduated or awaiting graduation from a university with a major in Transportation Infrastructure Engineering, Bridge and Road Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Passion for infrastructure design or basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction
• Willingness to build a long-term career in a professional engineering environment
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good teamwork skills, with an ability to listen to and respect colleagues’ opinions
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to acquire new knowledge
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience
• Basic English communication skills

• Monthly income: VND 14,000,000–18,000,000, including base salary and performance bonuses, depending on qualifications and capabilities. Employees receive 100% of their salary during the probationary period.
