Position 1: Logistics Sales Executive – 01

Job description

  • Introduce and promote the company’s logistics and supply chain services in the Vietnamese market and neighboring markets
  • Proactively identify and develop potential suppliers/manufacturers of tapioca starch or other agricultural and technical products in target markets; complete assigned tasks and provide regular reports on business development and work progress as required by the company
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other companies within the group; promptly share updates on the logistics market and regional economic developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics or related fields
  • Ability to use both English and Chinese in the workplace
  • Responsible, able to work under pressure, quick-thinking, and equipped with strong logical thinking and execution skills
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage different stages of assigned projects effectively
  • Willing to travel domestically for business purposes
  • Candidates with an existing customer network in the market are preferred

Benefits

  • Salary: VND 15,000,000–22,000,000/month, negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and language proficiency. Higher compensation may be considered for outstanding candidates.

Position 2: Logistics Executive – 01

Job description

  • On-site loading supervision: be stationed at a partner factory in Vinh Long Province to supervise the entire loading process in accordance with the company’s regulations, operating procedures, and shipment standards
  • Inspect cargo information, packaging specifications, quantities, and other relevant details to ensure containers are loaded correctly and shipments are accurate
  • On-site coordination and monitoring: Travel regularly between factories, warehouses, Can Tho Port, and ports in and around Ho Chi Minh City to supervise cargo loading, weighing, and other on-site operations.
  • Handle operational issues: Closely monitor loading, transportation, and port connection progress;
  • Internal and external coordination: Work closely with customers, factories, ports, and internal departments; provide timely updates on shipments, work progress, and any unexpected issues.
  • Data management and reporting: Prepare daily work plans; compile and analyze logistics data; complete periodic reports on time; use office software and relevant systems effectively; and maintain complete and accurate work records.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Chinese.
  • Good understanding of local areas and logistics operations.
  • Strong in on-site coordination, problem-solving, and communication; able to respond flexibly to unexpected situations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills with a systematic approach to work.
  • Proficiency in office applications and ability to independently prepare reports and process data.
  • Strong teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently on on-site supervision and monitoring assignments.
  • Careful, responsible, and highly disciplined.
  • Candidates with experience in logistics loading supervision or related logistics operations are preferred.
