Position: General Accountant (E-commerce)

Job Description

General Accountant

  • Record accounting transactions: sales, receipts/payments, receivables/payables, payroll, operating expenses,…
  • Monitor and analyze revenue, costs, and profits from online sales channels
  • Reconcile data between sales platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and accounting systems
  • Prepare tax reports, financial statements, and management reports
  • Support the preparation of accounting and tax documentation
  • Supervise and guide junior accountants (if applicable)

Inventory Accounting Responsibilities

  • Track and record inventory movements (in/out/stock balance) in accounting software
  • Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and handle discrepancies with warehouse teams
  • Control goods movement, including marketplace fulfillment inventory
  • Record promotions, discounts, returns, damages, and inventory losses
  • Support inventory reporting and evaluate slow-moving stock

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
  • 2-3 years of experience in general accounting (preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and online sales/warehouse processes
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST, etc)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong analytical skills

Position: Accountant (Admin support)

Job description

  • Track and update revenue from e-commerce platforms
  • Reconcile settlement reports from marketplaces with internal systems and accounting records
  • Record discounts, vouchers, promotions, service fees, and shipping fees
  • Monitor receivables and payables from platforms and suppliers.
  • Update payments, refunds, cancellations, and returned orders
  • Record inventory transactions in accounting/sales systems
  • Provide administrative support and maintain documentation.

Requirements

  • College degree or higher in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting/sales management software
  • Careful, honest, and responsible

Position: Customer Service Executive

Job description

  • Achieve assigned sales targets. Confirm orders by phone and respond to customer inquiries via Fanpage, Zalo OA, and Hotline.
  • Implement sales campaigns, promotions, and product marketing activities.
  • Advise and recommend suitable products to customers.
  • Report sales performance and propose improvements.
  • Maintain, develop, and manage customer relationships.
  • Manage and utilize customer data for sales and service.
  • Execute customer care programs and loyalty activities.
  • Cross-sell products and build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Outgoing, persistent, hardworking, and responsible
