Program overview

The Hoa Sen Home Management Trainee Program is designed to recruit, train, and develop future management talent for Hoa Sen Home and Hoa Sen Group. The program features a structured training roadmap, hands-on experience, and clear career development opportunities.

Eligibility

• Final-year university students or university graduates with a minimum GPA equivalent to a Good classification
• Honest, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• No prior work experience required

• Minimum monthly income of VND 12 million, with total compensation of up to VND 25 million per month

Training roadmap

• Phase 1: Two-month probation at Hoa Sen Home units
• Phase 2: Structured training combines with on-the-job experience at Hoa Sen Home Stores
• Phase 3: Appointment as a Store Manager upon meeting the required performance standards
• Phase 4: Further development toward Provincial Branch Management and other senior leadership positions
