Position: E-Learning Content Development Interns

Objective

Join Jollibee Vietnam’s project to transform the learning experience through concise, visual, and inspiring MicroLearning content. Interns will participate in the entire process, from idea development and scriptwriting to production and completion of training videos, contributing to improved learning effectiveness and developing the capabilities of the management team across the system. This is an opportunity to develop skills in digital content creation, video production, and modern learning experience design through practical training projects that directly impact business operations

Job description

• Assist in shooting and editing training videos based on pre-existing scripts
• Collaborate with the Trainer team to develop storyboards and finalize video scripts
• Edit images, audio, subtitles, and basic effects to enhance the appeal of learning content
• Assist in producing MicroLearning videos for training programs and other projects of the Training and Development Department

Requirements

• Ability to shoot and edit basic videos using a phone or camera
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing tools
• Ability to edit videos based on pre- existing scripts, ensuring accurate, easy-to-understand, and engaging content.
• Ability to collaborate with Trainers to transform training content into short video scripts (MicroLearning).
• Assist in building storyboards and suggesting visuals. Illustration and delivery methods suitable for training content
• Creative thinking, good aesthetics, and the ability to tell stories through images
