Position: Health, Safety, and Environment Engineer
Position Objective: To ensure the development, implementation, and supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system in compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations and the company’s internal standards, contributing to a safe and sustainable working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with current legal requirements and company standards.
- Conduct workplace health and safety risk assessments; propose, implement, and monitor preventive and improvement measures.
- Organize training programs, guidance sessions, and internal communication activities related to occupational safety, accident prevention, and working condition improvement.
- Perform periodic inspections and evaluations of production activities, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Support incident prevention activities, participate in occupational accident investigations, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement occupational health and safety programs as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related disciplines.
- Knowledge and/or experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or construction companies.
- Strong understanding of occupational safety and health regulations; skills in risk assessment and safety control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- English proficiency for work purposes is an advantage.

Position: Environment Engineer
Position Objective: To participate in the management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations, environmental commitments, and sustainable development strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation and operation of the Environmental Management System through periodic inspections and evaluations at the plant and assigned areas.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments in accordance with environmental regulations, Environmental Permits, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/ESIA) requirements.
- Monitor, collect, and consolidate environmental data; prepare periodic environmental reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the development and monitoring of environmental indicators, waste management, energy management, greenhouse gas emissions, and ESG initiatives.
- Support communication, engagement, and resolution of environmental issues with local communities and relevant stakeholders when required.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line management.
Candidates Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Technology, and related fields.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates (senior positions require a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience).
- Fundamental knowledge of environmental legislation, environmental management systems, and sustainable development.
- Strong analytical and data consolidation skills; good report writing and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good English in Speaking and Writing.
