Position: Logistics Specialist

Job description

  • Monitor logistics operations related to O-Tech’s business activities
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to process e-commerce orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and goods movement within the warehouse
  • Track operational data, including inbound shipments, outbound shipments, and order volumes
  • Compile and assist in preparing logistics operation reports
  • Monitor and support the resolution of inventory-related issues
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team on operational tasks such as applying supplementary labels, preparing goods, and handling other logistics requirements as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field
  • At least 02 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role. Outstanding fresh graduates with a strong academic background in logistics are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to work effectively with operational data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with operational systems such as ERP, WMS, or e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
