Position: Sales Associate (Part-time) – 03 Positions

Job Description

  • Introduce, promote, and provide direct product consultation to customers.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image.

Position: Paid Ads Specialist – 04 Positions

Job Description

  • Develop and execute detailed Digital Media plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives through platforms such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and other e-commerce advertising channels.
  • Support the optimization of advertising creatives, communication materials, and content to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring Digital Media budgets; evaluate ROI and campaign KPI achievement.
  • Track, measure, and prepare performance reports; analyze customer behavior and insights to recommend performance improvement strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and optimization practices in Digital Media and E-commerce.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of or practical experience in Digital Media Marketing; candidates with experience in Performance Marketing within technology companies or e-commerce businesses are preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and related online advertising tools.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and support the development of creative and engaging Digital Marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and business performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using data.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and apply AI-powered marketing tools in daily work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
