Position: Logistics Operations Executive

Job description

• Monitor and oversee O-Tech’s logistics operations
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to process e-commerce orders
• Monitor inventory levels and product movement within the warehouse
• Track operational data, including inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and order volumes
• Prepare and consolidate logistics operation reports
• Monitor inventory-related issues and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Support warehouse operations, including product labeling, order preparation, and other operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least two (02) years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role. Outstanding fresh graduates with a strong logistics background are also encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to work accurately with operational data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English or Chinese
