Position: Interior Sales Staff (Full-time)
Job description
- Client search: proactively seek clients from office buildings and office leasing brokerage partners
- Approach and consultation: provide direct advice and meet with clients to discuss their specific requirements
- On-site survey: coordinate with the technical and design departments to measure and survey the site
- Contract closing: negotiate unit prices, materials, construction plans, and sign design/construction contracts
- After-sales service: monitor project progress and maintain relationships with clients to leverage referral clients
- Network development: Build relationships with relevant partners (building management, office leasing partners) to gather client information

Requirements
- Quantity: 03
- Experience: preference given to candidates with market sales experience in the furniture industry
- Skills: Communication and customer persuasion skills. The ability to read and understand basic technical drawings is a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel, good health, and ability to withstand sales pressure
- Attitude: Honest, proactive, and highly responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Benefits
- Fixed salary: 6,500,000 – 8,500,000 VND (offer based on candidate’s ability) + %KPI
- Total income: Unlimited based on ability (including fixed + allowances + sales commission)

Job Decription
- Telsales uses company-provided data, sending sales emails (using company-provided templates), and reporting daily work to the Department Head
- No experience required – training provided
Working hours: Shift work
- Shift 1: 08:00 – 12:00
- Shift 2: 13:30 – 17:30
