Position: Interior Sales Staff (Full-time)

Job description

  • Client search: proactively seek clients from office buildings and office leasing brokerage partners
  • Approach and consultation: provide direct advice and meet with clients to discuss their specific requirements
  • On-site survey: coordinate with the technical and design departments to measure and survey the site
  • Contract closing: negotiate unit prices, materials, construction plans, and sign design/construction contracts
  • After-sales service: monitor project progress and maintain relationships with clients to leverage referral clients
  • Network development: Build relationships with relevant partners (building management, office leasing partners) to gather client information

Requirements

  • Quantity: 03
  • Experience: preference given to candidates with market sales experience in the furniture industry
  • Skills: Communication and customer persuasion skills. The ability to read and understand basic technical drawings is a significant advantage
  • Willingness to travel, good health, and ability to withstand sales pressure
  • Attitude: Honest, proactive, and highly responsible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Benefits

  • Fixed salary: 6,500,000 – 8,500,000 VND (offer based on candidate’s ability) + %KPI
  • Total income: Unlimited based on ability (including fixed + allowances + sales commission)

Position: Telesales Associate (Part-time)

Job Decription

  • Telsales uses company-provided data, sending sales emails (using company-provided templates), and reporting daily work to the Department Head
  • No experience required – training provided

Working hours: Shift work

  • Shift 1: 08:00 – 12:00
  • Shift 2: 13:30 – 17:30
