Job description

Recruitment

  • Proposing to the superior about the plan to deploy the recruitment. Recruitment plan according to the recruitment process
  • Update the job advertisement and post some tips or share experiences related to recruitment on Pham’s website, fanpage
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment evaluation
  • Follow the company's full recruitment process across departments. Develop a new recruitment channel
  • Filter records, CVs, and sort records to store in the Company’s Database
  • Conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, and supporting other departments within the professional interview process

Admin

  • Update the contact list between departments, a new monthly
  • Assist the HR department in some of the events: company trip, year-end party, Christmas, birthday
  • Organizing/assisting in organizing events to attract high-quality personnel
  • Other admin tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors
  • Gather all the reports of expenses of the company

Requirements

  • Graduated from university in HR, Administration, and English Language is preferable
  • Good at communication and presentation
  • Able to use English fluently
  • Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible
  • Master of labor law and personal income tax law
