Positions: Technical Specialist and Senior Technician

Job description

• Operate, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair automated machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Number of openings: 40
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines
• No prior work experience required
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing cleanroom protective garments
• Good physical health and hearing ability
• No color blindness or color vision deficiency
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and adaptable
• Willing to work in a fast-paced multinational manufacturing environment

Benefits

• Basic monthly salary: Technical Specialist: SGD 1,200/month and Senior Technician: SGD 1,000/month
• Company transportation provided
• Round-trip airfare support
• Completion bonus equivalent to two months’ basic salary upon successful completion of a two-year contract

Working hours

• 44 working hours per week
• Fixed 12-hour rotating shift schedule: 04 working days followed by 03 days off
• Overtime on rest days is compensated in accordance with Singapore employment regulations
• The employer will determine shift assignments

• Medical certificate issued within the last six months (may be submitted after successfully passing the interview)

Recruitment process

• Candidates register through the University, after which the company’s recruitment partner will provide detailed guidance on completing the application documents
• Complete two rounds of English proficiency assessments before the final interview with the employer
• Successful candidates will proceed with the Singapore work visa application process
• Once the visa is approved, flight arrangements will be scheduled according to the employer’s deployment plan
