Seminar “Building Personal Identity for a Solid Career Journey”

On the afternoon of March 24, 2026, the Center of Cooperation Enterprise and Startup, Ton Duc Thang University, in collaboration with Navigos Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Saint-Gobain Vietnam Company, organized the seminar “Building Personal Identity for a Solid Career Journey.”

The program was held in response to an increasingly competitive labor market, in which students are expected not only to possess strong professional knowledge but also to define their personal identity and career direction clearly. During the seminar, students had the opportunity to gain practical insights from representatives of the participating companies through engaging discussions. Students were guided in identifying their personal identity and developing the essential skills needed to succeed in a professional work environment. In addition, the seminar provided students with practical perspectives on recruitment expectations and professional self-presentation, helping them better understand how to present themselves effectively to employers. Notably, the one-on-one CV review and career consultation sessions held after the seminar attracted significant interest from students. This activity enabled students to directly connect with company representatives, improve their resumes, and enhance their career readiness.
