About the Leader Development Program

At TTI Vietnam, they are committed to investing in young talent and empowering future leaders. Our Early Careers Programs are designed to provide fresh graduates and students with valuable career opportunities, hands-on experience in a professional environment, and deep insights into our company culture. Each program has specific selection criteria to help you find the best fit for your career aspirations.

The program

01-year program: A 12-month accelerated program that equips fresh graduates and early-career professionals with the skills, mentorship, and real business experience needed to fast-track their careers

02-year program: A 24-month structured journey that lets fresh graduates and early-career professionals explore multiple engineering or operations functions before specializing in the career path that best fits their strengths

Eligibility criteria

  • Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields
  • Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification)
  • Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7/10
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to pressure and change
  • A proactive mindset with creativity in problem-solving

Timeline

  • August – September 2026: Application & CV Screening – Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online interview
  • September – October 2026: Online test: Successful candidates will receive an offer letter
  • October 2026: Assessment Day – The program will take place in TTI Vietnam from June to August
  • October – November 2026: Final Interview – Candidates will have a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager
