Program Introduction

The WinCommerce Potential Store Manager Program Season 7, 2026 (WinMart/WinMart+/WiN) opens a path for young people to build a career at Vietnam’s leading retail chain: a store to own, a career serving Vietnamese consumers. This program brings together a generation of talented store managers – those who dare to take ownership, possess strong character, and nurture a desire to create value, ready to play a key role in the sustainable development of the retail industry. They adapt and deeply engage with the community in the new era.

Eligibility

• Male/Female aged 20-28
• Graduated from college or higher, or final-year students, or recent graduates, with full-time employment
• Former WinCommerce employees wishing to return and develop in a higher role
• Candidates with less than 02 years of experience, passionate about retail, and with a long-term career orientation in the industry
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Possess leadership qualities, organizational thinking, and a desire to lead a team
