Position: Graphic designer

Job description

• Manage and maintain the brand identity system and overall brand image
• Design key visual, creative concepts, and multi-channel visual adaptations for marketing and communication campaigns
• Design internal communication materials, including newsletters, company profiles, workshop documents, and other related materials
• Support graphic design elements for short videos, video intros, and livestream frames
• Monitor and approve the quality of printed communication materials
• Supervise the production quality of POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirements

• College degree or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related fields
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic video editing and motion graphic skills using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere are an advantage, but not required
• Familiar with image search tools, stock image platforms, and visual reference resources
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a proactive working style
• Minimum of 01 year of relevant working experience
• Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus

Benefits

Compensation

• Gross income: base salary ranging from 30,000 VND to 88,000 VND per working hour. Salary level will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and work experience
• Performance bonus: up to 1,000,000 VND/month, subject to performance evaluation criteria
• Annual salary review in June, according to company regulations

Working schedule

Fixed part-time shifts with a workload of approximately 90-120 hours per month

• Morning shift: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 01:00 PM – 06:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 06:00 PM – 09:00 PM

51/9A Cao Thang Street, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote work may be arranged depending on operational requirements and assignments from the department manager.)
